CA Service Desk Premium App now includes session logs

We received a customer request inquiring if they could report on the CA Service Desk Manager session logs and we said of course you can.

We updated our premium app for CA Service Desk Manager to include a new report type, Session Logs. It gives you full access to report on all the logs and associate the activities with any of the Contact details you need (of course without having to write any code or know anything about that complicated CA database).
